This is the SDCC exclusive Orko. He appears translucent until you dip him in hot water and his colors fade out, leaving him clear except for his face and the O on his chest. This version will NOT be available on Mattycollector after the show in July.

This one will be available on the website after the show. Bother versions will be packaged with Prince Adam as an accessory. Speaking of which...

Here's Adam! Complete with magenta power sword and lackadaisical grin. His vest is sclupted, not felt like the original.

They squished Adam in the bottom of the box. That's a little odd, but okay. the packaging is the same for both versions, but the one pictured is the one that will not be sold online after the show.

A better picture of Mo-Larr.... in all his... "glory."

They did a really good job on the packaging. The chair Toothless Skeletor is reclining in is cardboard and a part of the packaging. I must admit that the packaging does make it look really good.

SDCC is scheduled for July 22 - 25. The exclusives shown (except the color changing Orko) will be available sometime in the few days following the convention. As soon as the date(s) are announced you can bet I'll have them right here for you.

*Zodak's armor, blaster and staff in purple (as opposed to red)
*Beast Man's chest and shoulder armor in yellow (originally orange...ish)
*He-Man's sword, shield, and axe in blue (originals were gray)
*Man at Arm's blaster and knife redecos (these were originally supposed to come packaged with Trap Jaw, but they ran out of room in the package)
*Scareglow's halberd in gray (without the glow-in-the-dark feature)
*Moss Man's club in gray (the original was brown)
*Webstor's blaster in gray (as opposed to orange)
*Electronic Power Sword with green highlights (like the 200x version)

Mattel revealed several of the SDCC Masters of the Universe Exclusive figures last night on G4's Attack of the Show. For those of you (like me) who had no interest in watching that drek, here's this years figures:

It's Orko and Prince Adam! In a somewhat strange decision, Mattel decided to pack Adam into Orko's packaging as an "accessory." Thus, the bio on the back of the package will be Orko's alone, and will not be Adam's.

Adam is shown here with the standard He-Man head which will be included as his accessory. (An accessory for and accessory?) His normal head (it's a little hard to see) will have a bit of a smirk to it. He also comes with the magenta Power Sword and half-sword. His vest will also be sculpted instead of felt.

The SDCC version of Orko will be cast in translucent plastic and has a color change feature when dipped in hot water. He turns "invisible." He will also be packaged with his magic wand, flight stand, and a book of spells. (Regular Mattycollector version is pictured on the right of the screen)

Another part of the SDCC exclusive version is the spellbook, which, when exposed to hot water, reveals the horrendously tacky SDCC logo on the front of it.

The other figures exclusive to the show will be Mo-Larr and toothless Skeletor 2-Pack. Orko / Adam will be $25.00 both at the show and on Mattycollector after the show and Mo-Larr / Toothless Skeletor will be $40.00 and also be offered on the website after the show.

Real name: Keldor of the house of Miro
Banished from the royal palace, in part due to distrust for the rare blue-skinned Gar race, Prince Keldor became an outcast. He traveled Eternia seeking knowledge and guidance, eventually discovering the ancient Spirit of Hordak. From him, Keldor learned of the dark arts and came to realize that to truly unite Eternia he would need to take command of the planet himself. He gathered an army of fellow outcasts and led them into battle against his brother, Captain Randor. Eventually defeated and near death, Keldor once again turned to Hordak who, in exchange for his own freedom, agreed to save Keldor's life by merging him with Demo-Man, twisting Keldor into Skeletor - Lord of Destruction!

Real Name: Tytus
Heroic Giant Warlord

Tytus the giant fought for peace alongside King Grayskull and He-Ro in the Great Wars. Originally from the mountains of Perpetua, he was forced to leave his home after his herd of dinosaurs began developing strange techno parts. He traveled across Eternia to seek help from Grayskull’s village. There he joined the King in battle against the Snake Men and Horde. He helped construct one of the Three Towers during a temporary truce with his enemies. After He-Ro’s death he used his great strength to build King Grayskull a mighty fortress, incorporating the symbol of the Cosmic Warriors into the entrance as a tribute to his fallen comrade. In the end, Tytus fell during the First Ultimate Battle Ground, heroically sacrificing his life to stop the rampaging giant Megator!

Real Name: Adora Of The House Of Randor

Channeling the combined Power of the Universe and the Wisdom of the Elders of Eternia, Adora transforms into She-Ra, the most powerful woman in the Universe. Her strength comes not from brute force but from sheer will and her cunning magical powers and healing abilities. She also has the power to communicate telepathically with animals. As both She-Ra and Adora, she helped lead the Great Rebellion of Etheria against the Horde invaders. Later, when Hordak found an escape to Eternia, she followed him along with several of her friends and allies. Once there, the Princess of Power joined forces with the now renegade Masters of the Universe, who without King Randor, had becomes outcasts in their own land, fighting against Hordak's new tyranny!

She Ra goes on sale in June.

And a side note, April's sale has been pushed to the 19th.
